Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull

The man with the hat is back.

I saw Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull last night with my wife. The movie is certainly not perfect but it is great fun and the nostalgia factor trumps any imperfections or missteps in the book. To see Harrison Ford one more time as Indiana Jones and to hear John Williams score is a treat. It made me feel like a kid all over again.

I saw it last Thursday with my wife and I thought it was really fun to see mr Ford alive and kicking. It brought back the feeling from the first movie. My wife said she loved it and that she felt like twelve again.

Hey Amraphael,

Nice to see you've crossed over from the gaming blog for a peak at the rest of my ramblings.

I thought the movie was great.

I am quite fond of movie soundtracks in general and have been listening to the scores of all the Indiana Jones movies. I only have a partial soundtrack to Temple of Doom, it is out of print and when it's available it typically costs $50-100 (US). There are only four or five cuts from the album available on iTunes.

The nostalgia factor was definitely high.

i saw it last sunday - good fun action. Did think the 'alien' part of it let it down a little bit - but then i shut my brain off and jut enjoyed the ride!

I didn't care for the alien bit either but really enjoyed the movie overall. I kind of knew where it was heading as soon as they drove into hanger 51.
